Abstract
The social and universal order dynamics of organizations are in constant and increasing change. The simultaneous confluence of the effects of globalization, digital networks, and the hyperconnectivity of people and organizations imposes a need for companies to be empowered in terms of agility and speed of action. Time constants are increasingly reduced, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) still need to delve deeper into two of the oldest needs in the study of markets and competitiveness: positioning and differentiation. The agility of companies and the ability to understand success in three key dimensions – (knowing the) World, (serving) People, (anticipating) Future – determine the degree of efficiency in business management.
