Globalization has been requiring crescent levels of organizational performance. In order to achieve it, new strategies that favor the construction of “high-performance organizations” should be delineated.
As being a component of the performance management system, performance evaluation is a process that makes the systematic coaching of the actuation possible, focused on the analysis of results, on the definition of aims and goals to be attained, on the work quality and even, with effects on the personal and professional development through the feedback and the multiple perceptions of all the intervening actors.
