Abstract

The tourism seasonality is the fluctuation of the activity level during the year. The job was one of the main consequences of the seasonality in Algarve. The quality of services nor always is the sufficient to satisfy the expectations of the guests. The customer loyalty can be one of the keys for the seasonality management. This work is based on the revision of the documentation on problematic of the job and the seasonality, being a conceptual work. The objective of this article is to demonstrate the necessity of reevaluation of the management of the Human Resources in the tourist enterprises to develop strategically bases of incentive the rendering of quality services, in order to minimize the seasonality throughout the year. The application of this thesis in the practical enterprises activities is possible and could be part of new studies.
