Abstract

The knowledge of concepts and models of innovation and organizational best practices in terms of innovation in products, services and process management, is essential for a company to be able to effectively create value. Given the opportunity/ need to launch an offer in this area, ISCET designed a training course in Innovation Management, addressed to a public with higher education and responsibilities at top or middle management. Given the characteristics of the Institute, its target audience, but also as a result of the success of ISCET’s e-learning initiative, it was understood that this offer should be launched in a distance training model, as an answer to the widespread difficulties of many professionals to use face-to-face training schemes outside their normal work periods. This article describes the approach taken in the design and layout of this course.
