Abstract

This study comprises the main needs in the aging process, based on different types of services offered to them, including the nursing homes, businesses and Day Care Home Care. The research has overall objective to understand the relationship of the stakeholders services in hotels for older people; and specific: identify the main needs of the elderly in the aging process, understand how the relationship with stakeholders influence the lives of the elderly, study the different types of services that are offered and how they affect the daily lives of old. This is an exploratory qualitative study, using the method of multiple case studies in services for old people in the city of São Paulo, and data collection technique visit, observation, interviews with managers and stakeholders was used.
