Abstract

This article aims to be a basic guideline for students of Social Service in what concerns the quality management processes in social intervention. The lack of quality is still a reality in the functioning of social services. Today, the approach of the new social organizations and the certainty that social services users are increasingly demanding and aware of their rights, require a strategic intervention, transparent and efficient, which is achieved only with quality management.
