Thus, a brief reference to the concept of moral harassment and to recent developments in this field was carried out, aiming to analyze the theories and explanatory models of stress in order to find answers that may contribute to an improved quality of life at work, reducing people\u2019s health problems and contributing to the sustainable development of organizations.
