Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air transport was the last means of transport to be invented: it dates back to the 18th century, notwithstanding its use for commercial purposes, its development only took place in the second half of the 20th century, after the Second World War (1939\/1945). Since early times, given its international outlook, air transport has drawn the attention of several sovereign states and international organisations related to air transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
