Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This paper aims to demonstrate the role of evidence in arbitration, concerning its similarity or difference if in judicial process. Several issues are approached on the institute of evidence, arising from the application of substantive and procedural law, as the means of evidence, the parties, the judge and the arbitrator role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
