Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This article discusses the conclusion of free trade agreement between the European Union and Canada and aims to expose some points of order set out in the Protocol and negotiating agenda proposal between the parties. Firstly, are identified some of the most significant advantages and considered as relevant between the parties involved. Secondly, check through the usual argument for the removal of customs duties on goods permanently, if the form proposed in the agreement is more or less ambitious for his achievement. Lastly, evaluate the criticism resulting from the lack of discussion and open dialogue with the public in the presentation of this type of negotiations and of the difficulties added by the uncertainty related with the impact of the Brexit and the issue of signature and ratification of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
