Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Considering tourism as a science is to conceive the tourist phenomenon in its whole history. Its dimension could be explained within the economical, political and cultural approach of a society in particular and the world in general. Tourism science -\u201ctourismology\u201d, has been the essential preoccupation for many sociologists, philosophers and history researchers, who have produced considerable work on this science.
Considering tourism as a technique is to understand it as a simple instrument with no history references.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
