Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been questioned the validity of lending a real estate for lifelong. Jurisprudence and doctrine have given different answers to this issue. Apparently, one can find a simple answer on Portuguese civil law. However a deeper look into this institute raises difficult problems to solve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
